Happy Halloween

I decided to do some light photoshop work on some photos that I haven't really played with before, so this is what you get.
Church steeple in Wrentham center from above the trees...

A penguin checking out it's own butt at Mystic Aquarium...

Fish tank shot...

Every once in a while I discover something new when I go out for a walk because I veer off of the normal routes I take. Last week I decided to walk to the top of Sweatt Hill instead of walking along the path I usually take through the woods. There's a really nice view from the top, especially this time of year when the leaves are changing color. In one direction I could see the Prudential and Hancock skyscrapers in Boston, and I never knew that Boston was visible from my hometown.
It looks like foliage photos are pretty much done for the year, so now I'll just be waiting for the snow to come along and add some natural decoration to the outdoors.
There were some photogenic seagulls on the beaches of Cape Cod today...

I caught this deer checking me out in the woods when I was hiking.
The leaves have finally turned colors in some spots, and I found some of those spots this morning. Welcome to autumn in New England.
